The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has recently received a notice of intent to sue (NOI) that may be of interest to you. The NOI concerns EPA’s alleged failure to issue a completeness determination regarding the November 19, 2019, SIP submission made by the State of Alaska for the Fairbanks nonattainment area for the 2006 24-hour PM2.5 NAAQS. This information is provided for your information only, and this notice does not require you to take any action.
